#legoffgameon
We aim to provide all amputees and those with limb differences in Scotland with the opportunity to play football locally, nationally and internationally.
WHAT WE DO
We create opportunities for amputees and those with limb differences to play football at grassroots, club and national level, by hosting regular training sessions and providing the opportunity to play competitively. We exist to raise awareness of and access to the game of amputee football and work with football clubs and community trusts across Scotland to grow the game with 'come and try' sessions at clubs across the country.
OUR AIMS
AFAS aims to promote and develop the sport of amputee football in Scotland. Working with football clubs, the Scottish FA and Scottish Para-Football, our aim is to create opportunities for those with amputations or limb differences to play football on a level playing field, and to create a Scottish amputee football league. AFAS is a member of the European Amputee Football Federation.
GET INVOLVED
Whether you're a cancer survivor, ex or serving military, or limbless/limb impaired for any other reason, everyone is welcome to try this fantastic sport. We hold regular training sessions and play competitively at local, national and international level. We also hold events and camps for young people who have an amputation or limb difference to try football in a fun, friendly and secure environment.
